Riphah International University is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP Human Capital Management, including Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll Processing. This role requires expertise in SAP HCM Time Management and familiarity with SAP ABAP programming to support effective debugging. The consultant will work closely to analyze and enhance HR processes, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the SAP HCM module. The consultant must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to deliver quality solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous and will contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives at Riphah International University. Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience in the SAP HCM domain.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and implement SAP-HCM modules to meet business needs.

Work with HR and business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.

Provide expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate SAP HCM functionalities.

Debug and resolve SAP HCM configuration and process-related issues.

Maintain detailed documentation for SAP HCM configurations, processes, and user guides.

Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP HCM modules.

Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless system integration.

Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM best practices, updates, and industry trends.

Participate in SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, and enhancements.
