Job Description: SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: Relevant SAP HCM experience with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations
Education: Graduation only (Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in S/4HANA implementations. The role involves end-to-end involvement across implementation, support, migration, and rollout projects, along with direct client interaction and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP HCM implementation experience in S/4HANA
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during requirement and execution phases
- Hands-on experience in:
- Blueprinting
- Configuration
- Unit & Integration Testing
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- ESS/MSS
- Strong understanding of PCRs and Schema customization for Payroll & Time Management
- Experience in cross-module integrations
- Exposure to PSU processes is an added advantage
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare functional specifications and support testing
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare project documentation
- Handle day-to-day production/support issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to independently conduct client workshops
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹412,635.45 - ₹1,363,527.02 per year
