Education: Graduation only (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in S/4HANA implementations. The role involves end-to-end involvement across implementation, support, migration, and rollout projects, along with direct client interaction and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP HCM implementation experience in S/4HANA
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders during requirement and execution phases
• Hands-on experience in:
• Blueprinting
• Configuration
• Unit & Integration Testing
• Strong functional knowledge in:
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll
• ESS/MSS
• Strong understanding of PCRs and Schema customization for Payroll & Time Management
• Experience in cross-module integrations
• Exposure to PSU processes is an added advantage
• Work closely with technical teams to prepare functional specifications and support testing
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare project documentation
• Handle day-to-day production/support issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to independently conduct client workshops

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹412,635.45 - ₹1,363,527.02 per year
