- Must have 6-7 Years of SAP HR and Payroll hands on Experience.
- Experience on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
- Have Implementation experience of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), CATS, Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY).
- Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications for RICEFW, user manuals,data migration.
- Should be very well aware of UAE processes. Expected to be worked on the Detail UAE payroll configuration. Creation of wage types, EOS, Social Insurance , Full & Final settlment , ticket benefit,Payroll Schema rule configuration
- Should have worked on Time management - the configuration of schema, absence/leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction.
- Integration Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll and Finance, third party system.
- Capacity to understand business requirements from a client s point of view.
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configuration settings and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of projects and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and contribute to the development of test scripts and scenarios.
- Provide end-user training and support during project implementations.
