Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Payroll (PCR & Schema)
  • Time Management (Positive)
  • Organizational Management
  • Personnel Administration
  • Travel Management (request/planning/expenses)
  • Benefits
  • ESS MSS
  • SAP Query Reporting
  • BIB Integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage country-specific Payroll Processes and Payroll Drivers for Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.
  • Provide expertise in SAP HCM modules and ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
  • Develop and maintain SAP HCM solutions to meet the unique needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in payroll and HR processes

Essential Skills

  • Certified SAP HCM Consultant.
  • Proven experience in the areas listed above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
