Role Overview
As an SAP HCM (Payroll) Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a focus on Payroll. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and implement SAP Payroll solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with Accenture’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HCM Payroll Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather business requirements, analyze payroll processes, and recommend solutions to optimize payroll operations.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple geographies.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll with other SAP modules (e.g., Time Management, Employee Central) and third-party systems.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate payroll configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP Payroll solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven track record of delivering SAP Payroll solutions in complex, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, including schema configuration, payroll rules, and wage type configuration.
Experience with SAP Time Management and integration with Payroll.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
SAP HCM certification is preferred.
