Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business solutions in SAP HCM Time Management that align with industry standards and client requirements.
Deliver functional and application designs that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for time management processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance existing time management processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize time management solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Time Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Conduct testing, quality assurance, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration and support.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant SAP HCM Time Management skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).
Advanced proficiency in business process analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
Intermediate proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.
Expert proficiency in stakeholder engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Intermediate proficiency in change management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
