Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Inventory & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP (MM/SD modules) and a strong interest in inventory management, sales coordination, and dispatch operations. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and effective communication to ensure smooth business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock entries, updates, and adjustments in SAP (MM/SD)
  • Prepare and process invoices, billing, and sales orders
  • Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment
  • Generate and analyze daily stock and sales reports for management review
  • Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for smooth and timely deliveries
  • Oversee inward and outward movement of goods with accurate documentation
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery notes
  • Support sales and inventory reconciliation activities

Skills Required:

  • Basic working knowledge of SAP MM/SD modules
  • Strong understanding of inventory, billing, and sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and cross-team coordination abilities

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
