Role Responsibilities

• Act asProcess Expert for SAP projects aligned withKinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
• Design and implementIT Supply Chain Planning systems (Supply, Demand, SOP)
• Work asKinaxis Supply Chain SME with focus onSupply Planning SOP
• Conduct business requirement workshops and convert inputs intouser stories
• Coordinate with IT teams forMaestro development, testing, and deployment
• DeliverKey User training and support adoption
• Participate across fullSDLC lifecycle
• Provide scalable solutions aligned with best practices
• Collaborate withglobal and cross‑cultural teams

Key Skills

• 3+ years hands‑on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse (multiple modules)
• Strong knowledge ofSupply Chain Planning processes
• Functional exposure toDemand Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Inventory Planning
• Experience withSAP APO / SAP IBP / SAP PPDS (Good to have)
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
