SAP WM Architect
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
In depth understanding on WM & EWM, Experience & Expertise in S4 HANA
-
Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing.
-
Provide functional and business process expertise on a project team which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
-
Participate in pursuing client sales opportunities and working on bid & proposal efforts. Also participate in design activities and gap analysis.

Activities could include Configuration of the SAP WM/EWM module, assessment of client business problems, conducting the analysis to solve the problems, administration of engagement activities (e.g., creation of charts/graphs and other reports, data entry, etc.) in support of work products and client deliverables

Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
-
Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions
-
Experience in Application Support and working on SLA, CHR Delivery process to meet customer requirements and Any SAP Project Implementation activities.

Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards which are global and scalable following a global template philosophy (Core/Template)

Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook
-
Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams
-
Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars

Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business
-
Initiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standards

Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery
Qualifications:
Technology Skills:
-
7 - 14 years of experience on complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP – Warehouse Management (WM) with HUM (Handling Unit Management) and SAP MM modules.

Good experience in SAP WM & EWM.
-
S4 HANA will be an added advantage
-
Should have worked on Implementation/ Enhancements / rollout in EWM & WM projects.
-
Should have worked with configurations of SAP EWM & WM process to suit business needs.
-
Should have worked in ERP-EWM Master Data integration via Core Interfaces.
-
Should have good working experience on Agile methodology.
-
Should have good working experience on DevOps Model.
-
High level of expertise on SAP WM, HUM & MM modules
-
Operational business experience
-
Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, …)

In depth understanding of SAP enterprise Structure and interface concept and management.
-
Experience with on-site is an added advantage.

Knowing basic technical ABAP debugging skills is an added advantage

Ensure good application development and delivery adhering to SDLC process.
