SAP MM WM Ariba Consultant - Permanent - Riyadh - Onsite
The Senior SAP Supply Chain Consultant (MM / Ariba / WM) is responsible for providing expert-level functional and strategic guidance across SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Ariba Procurement modules. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions that enhance procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, lead workshops, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules while driving process standardization and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Implementation

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM, WM, and Ariba modules.

Conduct blueprinting sessions and workshops with business users to identify process requirements and map them to SAP solutions.

Develop comprehensive solutions for procure-to-pay (P2P), source-to-settle, inventory management, and warehouse processes.

Configure and support SAP Ariba solutions including Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.

Ensure seamless integration between MM, WM, Ariba, and other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, QM).

Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements.
2. Project Delivery and Management

Serve as a lead functional consultant on SAP implementation and upgrade projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.

Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and configuration guides.

Participate in RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) with technical teams.

Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

Support testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to key users.
3. Continuous Improvement and Governance

Evaluate existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP best practices.

Drive compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and audit requirements.

Support change management initiatives and user adoption strategies for SAP solutions.

Monitor and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
4. Stakeholder Engagement

Lead workshops and working sessions with cross-functional business teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights on supply chain and procurement processes.

Collaborate with global teams in multi-country deployments and template rollouts.

Manage vendor relationships related to SAP Ariba implementations and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, WM, Ariba).

Strong experience in end-to-end procurement and logistics cycles, including P2P and warehouse operations.

Proven ability to design and implement complex SAP solutions, lead workshops, and manage module integrations.

Experience with SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.

Knowledge of S/4HANA environments, Fiori applications, and SAP Activate methodology.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Desirable Skills

SAP Certification in MM, WM, or Ariba modules.

Experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
