SAP PMO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP PMO Consultant to support and govern SAP project execution across multiple initiatives. The consultant will work closely with project managers, functional and technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective planning, tracking, reporting, and compliance across SAP programs for a large enterprise account.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, monitoring, and tracking of SAP project activities across multiple modules
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Track and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID logs)
• Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure project alignment
• Manage change requests, approvals, and deviations within SAP projects
• Support Steering Committee, PMO, and governance meetings with metrics and insights
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and compliance standards
• Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices repositories

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination roles, preferably in SAP programs
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, modules, and cross-team dependencies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical ability to interpret project metrics and prepare leadership reports
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrade projects
• Experience supporting Finance, ERP, or large SAP transformation programs
• Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery environments
• Prior experience working on BMI or large enterprise accounts
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per month
