SAP PM(Plant Maintenance) Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Configure SAP PM master data and processes including:
• Equipment and Functional Location Management
• Maintenance Task Lists and Plans
• Work Order Management
• Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
• Notifications and Measuring Points
• Calibration Process
• Integrate PM with MM, PP, FI, CO, and EAM modules.
• Design custom reports, forms, and dashboards for maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.
• Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT activities.
• Support go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation.
• Support master data cleansing, migration, and LSMW tools.
• Work with field teams to optimize maintenance strategies and minimize downtime.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module.
• Minimum 1–2 full life cycle implementations or rollouts.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance business processes.
• Proficiency in Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Planning, and Order Processing.
• Experience in SAP PM integration with MM (spare parts), FI/CO (costing), and PP (production).
• Basic debugging and ABAP knowledge to coordinate with developers.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP PM Certification is a plus.
• Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile PM apps and Fiori-based PM screens is a bonus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in asset management and reliability engineering
