THE WORK:

As a PMR Consultant at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering Promotion Management for Retail (PMR) solutions within SAP, enabling retailers to effectively plan, execute, and analyze promotions. You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure promotions align with business objectives and are seamlessly integrated across SAP systems. This role requires expertise in SAP PMR, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Configuration:

Design and configure promotion types, pricing rules, and conditions within SAP PMR to meet business requirements.
Support the integration of PMR with SAP CAR, POS, SD, and MM to ensure end-to-end promotion execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture promotion requirements and translate them into system solutions.

2. Testing and Deployment:

Assist in testing, cutover, and deployment of promotional scenarios to ensure smooth implementation.
Validate data and processes to ensure accurate promotion execution and alignment with business objectives.

3. Data Validation and Reporting:

Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting of promotion effectiveness to ensure accurate insights.
Enable reporting and KPIs to track promotion performance, ROI, and sell-through rates.

4. Documentation and Training:

Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for business users to ensure smooth adoption of PMR solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower business users with the knowledge to manage promotions effectively.

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve promotion-related issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
Provide ongoing support to ensure the stability and effectiveness of PMR solutions.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Technical Expertise:

4-6 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on Promotion Management for Retail (PMR).
Proficiency in configuring promotion types, pricing rules, and conditions within SAP PMR.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP PMR and other modules such as CAR, POS, SD, and MM.
Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting of promotion performance and effectiveness.

Problem-Solving and Collaboration:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex promotion-related challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certifications in PMR, CAR, or related modules are highly desirable.
Experience in retail environments and understanding of merchandising, marketing, and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with promotion performance tracking and ROI analysis.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
