Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant (Freelance Trainer) to deliver professional and interactive classroom sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the SAP Production Planning (PP) module and a passion for sharing knowledge. You will train learners on SAP PP concepts, configuration, and real-time scenarios, ensuring they gain both theoretical understanding and practical exposure.

This freelance role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to a reputed SAP training organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline classroom sessions for SAP PP training (3 sessions per week).
• Deliver comprehensive training on SAP PP concepts, configuration, and real-world applications.
• Create engaging and practical learning experiences for trainees.
• Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to learners throughout the course.
• Adapt training methods to suit learners with varying levels of experience.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP processes, configuration, and best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about teaching and helping learners succeed.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Offline (In-person)
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Frequency: 3 classes per week
• Duration: 1.5 hours per batch
• Shifts: Morning or Evening (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend sessions: As required
