Role: SAP PP S4 Hana Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 5-15yrs

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP S4 HANA PPDS implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design robust PPDS solutions.

• Good knowledge of DS board functionalities and features.

• Hands-on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.

• Knowledge and experience of PPDS master data like Product, location, Resources, production versions, PDS, capacities, Time-streams.

• Provide expertise in master data management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, etc.).

• Good knowledge of Process chain creation, monitoring and resolution in case of batch job failure

• Working knowledge on Production orders/Planned orders,

• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces and developments as meet business needs.

• Should be familiar with Integration of SAP PP with Material Management,

• Drive process improvements and automation within production planning processes.

• Support end users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and SAP PPDS training.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

• Collaborate with ABAP and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.

• Participate in cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
