Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP PP/QM CONSULTANT to join our growing team. This role will act as the bridge between business operations and SAP technical teams, focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of driving continuous process improvement through technology.

Key Responsibilities
-Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
-Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
-Responsible for the design, implementation and support of SAP PP & QM solutions to meet the business requirement to enhance the production planning and quality management process
-Designing and configuration of Supply Chain Management in SCM functional area to implement the PP/QM solutions
-Communicates and coordinates with business user, managers and process leads to ensure the integration of processes and module across organization
-Proactively identify gaps, issues and propose process enhancements/solutions.
-Handle emergency changes as needed for high priority issues to ensure business continuity
-Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide training and user support as required

Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
-Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast paced changing environment while working under deadlines
-A record of taking initiative (self-starter), driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
