SAP PP/QM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Configure, customize, and enhance SAP modules such as MM, PPQM based on business needs.
• Provide functional support for day-to-day operations and resolve production issues.
• Participate in full cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with manufacturing processes.
• Train end users and prepare documentation (SOPs, process flows, training manuals).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant SAP functional experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as procurement, production planning, inventory management, sales & distribution, costing, and quality.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one core module (MM/PPQM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
