SAP PPQM Consultant

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 350,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to join our client's team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The role requires strong functional expertise in manufacturing processes, quality management, SAP S/4HANA, and cross-module integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PPQM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP Production Planning processes including:
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Demand Management
• Production Orders
• Capacity Planning
• Shop Floor Control
• Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Routings and Work Centers
• Configure and support SAP Quality Management processes including:
• Quality Planning
• Inspection Planning
• Quality Inspections
• Quality Notifications
• Quality Certificates
• Batch Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Participate in workshops, blueprinting sessions, and project planning activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration, data migration, and system optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Processes, Quality Management, and Process Optimization.
• Experience with SAP configuration, customization, testing, and support.
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Certification in PP/QM or S/4HANA is preferred.

Pay: Rs350,000.00 per hour
