Digital and Technology Platform Services (DTPS) is the IT function within Coca-Cola HBC, responsible for enabling the CCH Group through best-in-class digital and technology solutions. The SAP Competence Center (Factory) is a dedicated team within DTPS focused on implementing and running SAP solutions to ensure they deliver maximum value and support business objectives. The primary purpose of the SAP factory is to provide expertise for the optimization and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA.

THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for an SAP Principal Architect Finance, covering SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Controlling and SAP Treasury
The Principal Architect owns and is accountable for architecting, designing, configuring & implementing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements for Financial accounting, Managerial accounting (controlling), Cash and Risk management (treasury). The Principal Architect is accountable for partnering with key roles (e.g. platform & product managers, product analysts, enterprise & platform architects, etc.) to create solutions that deliver business growth and / or operational efficiency and that are aligned to the architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services and meet the financial targets (cost and benefits). The Principal Architect leads a team of Solution Architects and SAP consultants responsible for system configuration and customization.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the respective Platform Team to identify how business requirements for the Digital products can be realized through S/4 HANA and API configuration and development, i.e. translating business capabilities into future functional and technical design in line with architecture guidelines.
  • Partner with Platform & Product managers as trusted advisor, especially on technology topics and innovation, contributing to the Digital product roadmap evolution, business growth and operational productivity.
  • Drive Functional & Technical Requirements gathering; formulate Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs) to ensure performance, scalability, security, usability and maintainability.
  • Develop detailed solution designs and architectures that address business, application, information and technology architectural domains; document the product architecture
  • Define overall custom development requirements; provide consulting and conduct reviews throughout the development cycle, to ensure DevOps practices + Clean Core.
  • Guide and support development team for delivery of new solutions, enhancements of existing and support on preventing issues and optimizing the current applications
  • Offer technical support during implementation and post deployment, troubleshoot issues and resolve technical challenges
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Platform Architects and peer Solution Architects to identify and define Enterprise services and components required to support business solution development, and to ensure proper cross-product and cross-platform dependency management and integration
  • Ensure the conformance of Digital product architecture with Enterprise architecture principles and framework, Platform roadmaps and governance requirements
  • Collaboration with Vendors - Work with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure business and architecture goals
  • Lead a team of solution architecture and product configuration personnel, driving capability development and carrying out capacity planning and allocation

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions in the following areas: SAP S4 Finance, SAP Financial accounting (FI), SAP Management Accounting (CO), SAP S4 Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP S4 Cash and Liquidity management, SAP In-house cash (FSCM-IHC), including configuration, integration, and customization, to support best-in-class processes execution for FMCG.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the respective technologies and software
  • Experience in integrating SAP solutions with other applications, based on the area of responsibility (e.g., Mobile Field Sales Apps, Call Centers - D365 CE, 3rd party distributor systems, SAP Commerce Cloud / Customer Portal, SWIFT communication, …)
  • Applying architectural principles and methodologies to ensure robust and scalable designs
  • Proficiency in integration techniques and experience designing data pipelines to secure integration data flow to other modules of SAP and a variety of external systems, including mobile and API
  • Understanding of data governance principles and experience working with governance frameworks
  • S/4 HANA and SAP BTP certifications in relevant technology are an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with SAFe Agile certification are an advantage
  • People Development; developing the team of Solution Architects, Product Configuration Lead(s) and Expert(s). Foster a culture of learning & sharing
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 + years’ experience in SAP ECC and / or S4 in the respective areas
  • For Finance related roles, also experience in handling requirements, which are applicable for IFRS (EU) and for non-EU statutory accounting purposes
  • Experience in complex multinational environments (FMCG or Consumer Products business processes), with various market specifics throughout EMEA.
  • English language proficiency
