• Candidate should be preferably based in UAE, or willing to travel and work onsite - should be available to visit the client daily (Dubai).
• Candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Procurement.
• Should have led at least 4 projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge in Sourcing processes, Contract management, vendor onboarding, commercial procurement, direct/indirect procurement, inventory management.
• Consulting skills are essential; we are not looking for a purely technical profile.
• Experience in process reengineering and process improvement.
• Integration knowledge between sourcing and other procurement processes, and SAP functional integration between SAP modules (Project systems, Finance, Maintenance).
• Experience in designing processes, discussing requirements, and providing design documentation.
• Experience handling WRICEF requirements and preparing FSDs.
• Experience with configuration, master data migration, and defining cutover strategies.
• Experience in real estate/construction is a major plus.
• Strong communication skills and client interaction capability.
• Business process knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP Material Management and Inventory Management modules.
• Exposure to tendering, sourcing solutions, vendor onboarding, spend analysis, and category management processes and technologies.
