Shift Details (Time) : Second Shift (11am-8pm) 

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Product Cost Planning & Actual Costing:

o Configure and manage cost estimates, cost components, and cost object hierarchies.

o Implement costing variants and valuation strategies for materials and production orders.

o Support actual costing and settlement processes using Material Ledger.

• Cost Flow Design:

o Design and configure cost flows across manufacturing, procurement, and finance.

o Integrate costing with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD) for end-to-end process integrity.

• Margin Analysis & Profitability:

o Implement and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and Margin Analysis.

o Enable reporting on product margins, cost variances, and profitability drivers.

• Material Ledger & Inventory Valuation:

o Activate and configure Material Ledger for actual costing and multicurrency valuation.

o Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation with financial accounting

• Testing & Data Validation:

o Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles.

o Validate master and transactional data related to costing (e.g., cost centers, activity types).

• Client Engagement & Documentation:

o Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.

o Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and process documentation.

Mandatory skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Product Costing (ECC or S/4HANA).

• Deep understanding of costing methodologies: Standard, Actual, Activity-Based Costing.

• Experience with Material Ledger, CO-PA, and integration with manufacturing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
