SAP Production Executive

SAP Production Executive

Job Purpose:

To manage and monitor production activities, maintain accurate production records in SAP Business One (SAP B1), ensure timely production execution, and coordinate with warehouse, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations

• Execute daily production plans as per approved schedules.
• Monitor production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators for smooth production flow.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.

SAP Business One Responsibilities

• Create and process Production Orders in SAP B1.
• Issue raw materials against production orders through SAP.
• Record production receipts and finished goods entries in SAP B1.
• Update production data, consumption records, and work order status.
• Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) compliance during production.
• Generate production-related reports from SAP B1.

Inventory & Material Control

• Coordinate with stores for timely availability of raw materials.
• Monitor material consumption and report variances.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of production and inventory records.
• Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure production activities comply with quality standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and quality approvals.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.

Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Track production KPIs, efficiency, wastage, and downtime.
• Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
