SAP QM Senior Consultant

Job (Project) Description

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SAP QM, ideally in CPG, Foods & Beverages or Pharma industries;

• Hands-on experience with PLM-integrated QM processes;

• Non-conformance and CAPA management;

• Experience with SAP-LIMS integration;

• Familiarity with FDA, GMP, ISO 9001 standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic development settings. ‍

Responsibilities:

• QM Integration in Recipe Development:

Embed QM processes into PLM workflows;

Configure quality checks across R&D, testing, and production;

Ensure regulatory compliance with new recipes;

• Compliance/non-conformance & Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):

Implement tracking for quality deviations;

Set up CAPA workflows for suppliers, lab tests, and batches;

Define processes for material blocking and complaint handling;

• Product Release & Inspections:

Design approval workflows and compliance documentation;

Configure inspection lots, usage decisions, and quality notifications;

Design and implementation of quality certificates;

• SAP-LIMS Integration:

Enable data exchange between SAP QM and LIMS;

Support auto-generation of inspection lots during testing. ‍
