Overview:

Participate on the team responsible for maintaining Clients SAP technical landscape and administration. Production and Project support and monitoring of a global SAP Environment including SAP on premise and cloud applications. Work as part of a larger global Basis team led out of the US. Level 1 Production support provided by off-shore team members. Provide QA, technical guidance, and customer support as needed while coordinating with off-shore Basis team members

Responsibilities:

Install, administer, tune, support, and monitor the SAP Environments while supporting Clients business and IT teams. Perform as a leader for specific technical upgrades, approved architecture changes, and other change activities requiring Basis skills

Provide technical Basis support to SAP HANA S4, ECC, SCM, BW, PI, GRC, Portal, and Solution Manager Systems. Provide technical Basis support to SAP Cloud environments RISE S4, GROW S4, BTP, Cloud Connector, Integration Suite, ALM, and IAS/IPS

Apply SAP application-specific system patches and system upgrades, examples: SAP Kernel and Patch upgrades. Set up and support SAP Print/Spool, RFCs, Web Dispatcher, SAPRouter, and Fiori front-end servers

Support cloud integrations (OData, REST, Event Mesh, BTP Integration Suite). Maintain SAP network security components including SNC, SSL, SSO, encryption, and certificates

Monitor system performance and proactively optimize SAP application, database, and OS layers. Perform technical troubleshooting, analysis, and performance tuning using SAP and OS tools. Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and integration issues across SAP and third-party systems

Maintain SAP system availability to customers on a 24x7 schedule

What You'll Need:

7+ years progressive SAP Basis/NetWeaver experience. Strong expertise in both ABAP and JAVA stacks. Expertise and experience in technical administration of: SAP HANA and S/4HANA, SAP Cloud (SAP BTP, ALM, IAS/IPS, Integration Suite, Cloud Connector), SAP S/4 migrations

Expertise in technical troubleshooting, analysis, and performance tuning using SAP and OS tools. Experience in hybrid SAP landscapes (on-prem + cloud)

Exposure to SAP RISE and other SAP cloud environments. Experience in supporting Fiori, BTP, ALM, and cloud identity services. Preferred experience supporting mission-critical 24×7 SAP environments working as part of a global onshore/offshore team. Quick learner and self-starter. Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail. Ability to act as a team player and work closely with others

Ability to work occasional after hours as part of the team to provide maintenance and administrative support for operations and projects
