To lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions, supporting the delivery of efficient, scalable, and citizen-centric service processes across the organization.
This role requires a highly experienced SAP Service functional professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service, capable of modernizing service operations and supporting the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
The position is responsible for providing functional leadership, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enable streamlined service execution, transparency, and operational excellence.
Strong functional, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Lead and support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions to ensure high-quality and stable operations.
Oversee the implementation and functional support of SAP S/4HANA Service processes, including service requests, service orders, Case Management, Partner Function, Activities and service billing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate service-related requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Analyze existing service processes and scenarios and recommend or implement improvements aligned with business and government service standards.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, internal policies, and documentation standards across all service-related developments and configurations.
Manage and support integration with related SAP modules such as Finance (FI), PSCD, CS, and BTP.
Provide functional guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to support teams and end users.
Support project activities including planning, execution, testing, and go-live for service-related enhancements and implementations.
Monitor system issues related to SAP Service processes and support incident resolution in coordination with technical teams.
Participate in periodic reviews of service performance, process efficiency, and system utilization, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
Experience
7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Case Management, or SAP CRM Service.
Experience working with public sector clients and Judicial Services will be plus
Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Customer Service (CS) or relevant SAP Service/CRM certification.
