SAP Sales Director

Job title: SAP Sales Director – Middle East Region

Location: UAE or KSA (Dubai or Riyadh preferred)

Experience: 10+ years in IT/SAP sales, 5+ years in regional sales leadership.

Role overview:

Looking for a visionary SAP Sales Director to lead our pursuits across the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). This is a high-impact regional leadership role for someone who can influence digital transformation journeys across public and private enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the defined SAP regional growth strategy across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries
• Build deep relationships with CIOs, Digital Officers, and Ministry stakeholders in priority accounts
• Own the full deal lifecycle: from market mapping and qualification to bid strategy, pricing, and closure
• Lead strategic deals across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP solutions
• Collaborate closely with solutioning, presales, competency, and delivery teams to craft executable, value-led proposals
• Co-create opportunities with SAP MENA and local SI/alliance partners
• Drive region-specific GTM plays and lead contracting discussions
• Track competitive trends and adjust positioning to win strategic deals
• Promote SAP Clean Core transformation messaging and advocate extensibility through SAP BTP and SAP Build
• Build and lead a multi-country sales team, nurturing a winning culture of execution
• Represent the company at SAP events, partner forums, and digital summits

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years in enterprise sales with at least 5 years of strong focus on SAP solutions
• Deep experience working across the GCC, with understanding of regulatory nuances and enterprise buying behaviour
• Proven ability to close SAP deals in ME market.
• Strong network within SAP MENA regional teams.
• Skilled in enterprise bid management / RFPs, commercial modelling, and solution storytelling
• Ability to travel across the Middle East as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED168,278.00 per year
