We are seeking a Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead a high-impact team focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic enterprise customers across regulated and high-growth industries.


THE OPPORTUNITY


As Manager – Enterprise Sales, you will:


  • Lead end-to-end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts.


  • Personally own and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while coaching your team.


  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver value-led, agentic AI solutions.


This is a player–coach role for a sales leader who thrives in long-cycle enterprise engagements and high-touch customer relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Hit and Exceed Enterprise Sales Targets


  • Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.


  • Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.


2. Lead & Develop Enterprise Sales Team


  • Manage and mentor 3–6 enterprise AEs.


  • Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.


3. Drive Complex Enterprise Deals


  • Navigate C-level relationships, procurement, and legal.


  • Structure multi-year, value-based agreements to increase ACV.


4. Build Land-and-Expand Strategies


  • Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs.


  • Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution.


5. Partner with Ecosystem Allies


  • Co-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs.


  • Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities.


6. Ensure AI-Driven Sales Execution


  • Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting.


  • Implement data-driven outbound sequences and account-based campaigns.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE


  • Consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas.


  • High win rates in competitive enterprise environments.


  • Growth in ACV and expansion revenue from existing accounts.


  • Strong partner-sourced contribution to enterprise pipeline.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


Must-Have:


  • 7–10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2–4 years in a leadership or player–coach role.


  • Proven success closing $500K–$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.


  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling.


  • Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.


  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.


Good-to-Have:


  • Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).


  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.


  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
