SAP Senior Full-stack Development Consultant (Expert)
Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid | F2F Interview
Experience: 10–15 years | CTC: Up to 50 LPA (max 30% hike)

Role Summary:
Senior SAP Development Lead responsible for leading S/4HANA ABAP & UI5/Fiori development teams, ensuring technical quality, SAP best practices, and governance across implementations and enhancements. Will work closely with vendors and internal teams across the project lifecycle and post go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA development (ABAP + UI5/Fiori)
• Review technical designs, code quality, and best practices
• Manage WRICEF developments (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions)
• Drive UI5/Fiori development, extensions, and Fiori Launchpad setup
• Ensure performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness
• Provide technical guidance and review functional/technical specs
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and large teams

Key Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA ABAP on HANA, CDS, OData
• SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, Fiori Extensions
• BTP (RAP, CAP, Business Services)
• WRICEF, BRF+, Migration Cockpit
• Strong leadership, communication, and review skills

Qualification:
BE/BTech with 7–12+ years SAP full-stack development experience in a multinational environment.
