Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with strong knowledge of global/local payroll processing. (Preferable with UAE/GCC payroll compliance) andSolid background in Payroll configuration, including wage types, schemas, calculation rules, payroll control, etc.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll processes in alignment with local statutory regulations, ensuring seamless integration between EC and SAP Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  2. Configure payroll schemas, rules, and info types in SAP ECP to meet business and compliance requirements.
  3. Expertise in developing PCR is a plus.
  4. Integrate payroll with SAP Employee Central, Finance, and third-party systems (e.g., time, benefits, tax).
  5. Provide expertise in country-specific payroll functionalities and compliance (e.g., UAE, Oman, KSA anyone Depending on scope).
  6. Handle payroll parallel runs, data validation, and go-live activities.
  7. Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and change requests.
  8. Coordinate with SAP support for incident handling, upgrades, and legal changes.
  9. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in UAT with stakeholders.
  10. Provide training to users, create documentation, and maintain configuration logs.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, HRIS, Finance, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and minimum 1 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors ECP.
  3. Solid understanding of Employee Central and its integration with Payroll.
  4. Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Employee Central Payroll/Employee Central
  5. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory reporting, and year-end processes.
  6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  7. SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
