Works in the area of SAP Solution Management, which encompasses the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Solution Manager and related tools for managing SAP landscapes.

• Applies structured methodologies and best practices to analyze and solve SAP Solution Manager challenges, including ChaRM, Retrofit, and Cloud ALM configurations.
• He/she is responsible for the development and application of SAP Solution Manager practices and knowledge in design, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management of SAP systems.
• His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgment in customizing ChaRM workflows, managing transport processes, and integrating SAP Cloud ALM, along with the ability to guide and supervise BASIS and development teams.
• The consultant builds skills and expertise in SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM disciplines to meet professional standards and role expectations as defined in SAP best practices and organizational frameworks.
• The consultant collaborates and acts as a team player with functional teams, technical stakeholders, and project managers to ensure seamless change control, system monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives.
