SAP Strategy Consultant - Dubai

We are hiring an SAP Expert to lead end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation projects across CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning and Manufacturing. The role involves strategy development, process design, solution architecture, vendor selection and governance for large scale digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise solutions transformations from strategy to implementation
• Define business processes, technical architectures and roadmaps
• Support solution and implementation partner selection
• Oversee implementation governance and quality assurance
• Introduce best-practice methodologies to reduce customisation and cost
• Contribute to the enterprise solutions function through research, thought leadership and emerging tech exploration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in enterprise systems transformation (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry solutions, add-ons and analytics tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAC)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
