Job Summary

As a Principal Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Your expertise in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet Solution Design & Architecture and Business Process Modelling will drive the success of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee the configuration and replication processes for P2P and EmpCentrlPayroll ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
• Provide expert guidance on SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet leveraging your technical skills to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process models that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the integration of SuccessFactors-Employ Central ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.
• Analyze and address service desk domain challenges implementing solutions that improve support and service delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution design and architecture maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
