About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven expertise in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR domain background, technical configuration skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations while managing stakeholders and ensuring business alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration : Lead at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations , configuring modules, defining business rules, setting workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Blueprint & Workbooks : Prepare and validate Blueprints, gap analysis, and workbooks , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business compliance.
  • System Configuration : Configure organizational structures, job roles, permissions, workflows, and rules within SuccessFactors using MDF, XML, and administration tools.
  • Data Migration : Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities while ensuring integrity, privacy, and compliance.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop test scripts, validate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure functional/technical requirements are met before go-live.
  • Training & Support : Conduct end-user training, provide post-go-live support, and communicate system updates/features.
  • Payroll & Time Management : Configure and support Payroll (Schema & PCR), Time-Off, and Time Tracking modules ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Implementation Partner Liaison : Act as the focal point with implementation partners, validating deliverables, translating business needs, and ensuring solution quality.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records, functional specifications, user manuals, and compliance documents.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, Payroll, and Performance Management .
  • Technical proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), MDF, XML, BTP and SuccessFactors APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data migration, custom reporting, and integration activities .
  • Clear understanding of Saudi HR localization and compliance requirements .


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • At least two full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications (mandatory).
