📢  We’re Hiring – Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Dar Albarmajah is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team in Egypt. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll solutions as part of a major SAP transformation program.

Contract Type: 1 Year (extendable)

Location: Egypt

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Ensure seamless integration of Payroll with Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules.

Oversee payroll execution including on-cycle and off-cycle runs, testing, and validation.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, taxation rules, and organizational policies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored payroll solutions.

Manage the full lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Troubleshoot payroll issues to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.

Drive continuous improvements to optimize payroll processes and system performance.

Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Strong expertise in payroll configuration, Payroll Control Center (PCC), schemas, wage types, and integrations.

Proven track record of payroll implementations (multi-country experience is a plus).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Must be based in Egypt and available to join immediately.
