Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
- Analyze HR processes and provide end-to-end solutions within SuccessFactors
- Manage and support modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Learning (LMS)
- Compensation & Succession
- Configure workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
- Handle data migration, data validation, and system integration activities
- Perform testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support Go-Live
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues
- Prepare functional documentation and training materials
- Work with integration tools like SAP CPI or Integration Center
