Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and SAP HR processes optimization .
• Conduct system testing, training, and support for end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvement solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in , IT, or related field .
• SAP Certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience in  SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP HR Module with Payroll.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
