Scope of Work – SAP SuccessFactors / HR Project Manager
The HR Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors (HRMS) initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Group's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and digital HR goals.
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering all phases: initiation, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery within agreed constraints.
- Establish governance structures, including steering committees and status reporting.
2. Business & Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with HR including Payroll, Finance, Strategy, ePMO, IT and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure system design aligns with HR operating models, policies, and workforce strategies.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee solution design.
3. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Oversight
- Lead implementation across relevant modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation).
- Ensure best-practice configuration and adherence to SAP standards.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and environment readiness.
4. Integration & Technology Coordination
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with core systems (e.g., Core Banking, Finance GL, attendance and identity & access systems).
- Manage interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with internal IT policies.
5. Change Management & Adoption
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption.
- Follow the bank’s Technology Change management process.
- Lead communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
- Ensure defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.
- Validate system readiness prior to go-live.
7. Risk, Issue & Compliance Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks, particularly related to HR data, compliance, and payroll impacts.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, data protection regulations, and audit requirements.
- Manage issue resolution and escalation processes.
8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed SLAs and contractual expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
9. Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee hyper-care support and stabilization post-deployment.
- Gather user feedback and drive continuous system enhancements.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within HR and IT teams
10. IT Project Manager General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost control.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business, IT, and executive levels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, vendors, and business users.
- Ensure effective change management processes to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Oversee requirements gathering, validation, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery against agreed SLAs.
- Ensure quality assurance through structured testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance testing).
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee system integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices.
- Support data migration, system cutover, and go-live planning activities.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure successful transition to operations/support teams

Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD1,500.000 per month
