Job Summary
The SuccessFactors Recruitment & Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to implement strategic recruitment initiatives that attract top talent. The role includes administering RCM/RMK modules, creating digital campaigns, managing talent pipelines, and enhancing the candidate journey from sourcing to hiring. This position collaborates across HR, business units, and marketing to strengthen employer branding, support data-based hiring decisions, and ensure recruitment compliance and process efficiency across the organization.
Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year in SuccessFactors Recruitment & Marketing Management

At least 1 end-to-end project in RCM & RMK; single & multistage expertise

Certifications: RCM, RMK, SAP HCM

Technical: XML coding, AI features in RCM/RMK, job board configuration

Integration: Background checks, online assessments, police verification

Candidate should be able to design the templates Candidate profile/Application template/Job requisition template/offer approval/offer letter etc.

Good exposure in talent pipeline customization

Should have knowledge to design custom offer letters as per customer needs

Arabic proficiency; locally available
Responsibilities

Manage SAP SF Recruiting Management & Marketing modules

Oversee requisition workflows, candidate lifecycle, and onboarding

Design recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and engagement journeys

Ensure integration with career sites, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media

Stay updated on half-yearly releases
