- Translate business requirements into System requirements and solutions
- Independently able to drive and conduct workshops and able to Interact with the Customer and provide the futuristic solutions as per the Business needs.
- Expertise in Positive and Negative Time Management solutioning includes:
- Clock times, Duration, Breaks
- SF Timesheet/ time tracking configurations and Integrate with CATS Application
- Time accruals, Time accounts, Time Account posting
- Time in Lieu, Over time Calculations
- Reporting and Time sheet notifications
- Writing complex business rules and setup Time valuation in SF
- Absence Management
