Job Description

• 10 - 12 Years of overall experience in MDM including Syniti
• Oversees end-to-end delivery of Syniti MDM services, ensuring platform stability and SLA compliance.
• Coordinates with enterprise teams for integration with SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and other connected systems.
• Leads incident triage, and resolution tracking across L2/L3 support.
• Manages service reporting, operational dashboards, and governance metrics.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and minor enhancements aligned to business priorities.
