SAP Test Manager

Accenture Egypt is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager/Senior Manager to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a major SAP transformation program .

This role ensures that all SAP modules and integrations meet functional , technical , and business requirements , delivering a high-quality , defect-free system .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning , design , and execution of SAP test cycles , including unit , integration , regression , and user acceptance testing (UAT) .
• Define and enforce testing standards , methodologies , and best practices across workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders , functional consultants , and technical teams to validate requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios .
• Oversee defect management , root cause analysis , and resolution tracking to ensure system quality .
• Maintain test documentation , scripts , and progress dashboards for transparency and reporting to PMO and leadership .
• Mentor and coordinate testing teams , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality test results .
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements .
• Demonstrate strong analytical , problem-solving , and communication skills to manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders.

Job qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP testing across multiple modules and integrations.
• Expertise in test planning , execution , and defect management .
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies , standards , and best practices .
• Familiarity with SAP transformation programs , UAT , and regression testing .
• Hands-on experience with test documentation , progress tracking , and reporting tools .
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide testing teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholders , functional consultants , and technical teams .
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP testing or quality assurance are a plus.
