What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in SAP TM with a focus on logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Configuration and Best Practices
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with Agile Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in supply chain planning
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish, with the ability to work directly with clients

SAP TM Consultant – Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to optimize transportation processes and logistics operations.
• Analyze client transportation requirements and translate them into SAP TM system configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and logistics teams to define business processes and align them with SAP TM capabilities.
• Support integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP EWM, SAP IBP) and external systems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users for effective adoption of SAP TM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP TM system performance and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
• Work closely with global and cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure project success and seamless logistics integration.
