SAP TM Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant – SAP Transportation Management (TM) to join our client BSH (Bosch & Siemens Hausgeräte) in Bangalore. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP TM solutions to enhance logistics and supply chain efficiency. Candidates should have strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and hands-on expertise in SAP SD and related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on SAP TM, including integration with SAP SD, MM, WM, and EWM.
• Analyze business requirements and develop SAP S/4HANA SD solutions for logistics operations.
• Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities such as Freight Planning & Execution, Freight Cost Management, BN4L, FUBR.
• Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation, migration, and rollout projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP TM-related issues.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with strong exposure to S/4HANA.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SD and LE (preferred).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations (preferred).
• Good knowledge of SAP TM integration with SD and EWM.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global SAP implementations and support projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Experience:

• SAP TM with strong exposure to S/4HANA: 4 years (Preferred)
