SAP Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions on SAP modules (such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, or SAP S/4HANA).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide practical demonstrations and guide learners through system navigation, configuration, and reporting.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
• Customize training programs to meet organizational and learner-specific needs.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, tools, and industry practices, integrating them into training content.
• Offer post-training support and mentorship to ensure knowledge retention and application.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP ERP systems and relevant modules.
• Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex SAP concepts into simple, practical learning experiences.
• Familiarity with business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Professional certification in SAP modules preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer or consultant in SAP implementation and training.
