Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain processes, with the ability to train learners to confidently apply SAP SCM functionalities in real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP SCM training sessions (online or in-person).
• Teach the complete SAP SCM curriculum, including:
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) – SCM integration
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Demand Planning & Supply Planning
• Procure-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash processes
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA
• Provide hands-on training with practical examples and real-time business scenarios.
• Guide learners through exercises, configurations, and project-based case studies.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous learner support.
• Assess participant progress and ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Maintain an engaging, professional, and interactive training environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SCM modules (MM / PP / SD / WM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SCM preferred.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a trainer or corporate instructor is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends).
• UAE-based candidates preferred.
