Position: CCXP Customer Service TRAINER (Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CCXP Trainer to deliver high-quality training aligned with the CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) framework. The trainer will guide professionals in mastering customer experience strategies, preparing them for CCXP certification, and applying CX best practices in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CCXP-aligned training covering all 6 CXPA competencies

(CX Strategy, Customer Understanding, Experience Design, Metrics & Measurement, Organizational Adoption, Culture & Accountability)

  • Prepare learners for the CCXP certification exam with structured modules, case studies, and mock tests
  • Conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and group discussions
  • Share real-world CX examples and best industry practices
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback
  • Customize training content based on industry and learner needs
  • Support learners with exam guidance and career advice in CX roles
