Role Overview:

The Product/Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales team. This role ensures that all sales professionals are well-versed in Sobha Realty’s product portfolio, brand values, and customer engagement strategies to drive exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires.
  • Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to internal teams.
  • Content Development:
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Update training content regularly to reflect new products, market trends, and company policies.
  • Performance Coaching:
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Assessment & Reporting:
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Maintain training records and report progress to management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English mandatory).
  • High energy, adaptability, and passion for continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
