Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Trainer with a strong background in financial management, accounting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will hold a professional certification such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or any equivalent finance degree and have a passion for training and mentoring professionals in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on finance, accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and related topics.
• Develop and update course materials, case studies, and training modules based on industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct hands-on exercises to enhance real-world application skills.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Assist in evaluating student progress and providing feedback for improvement.
• Work closely with the learning & development team to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
• Participate in corporate training programs and webinars as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate education is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, investment analysis, and taxation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners with interactive teaching methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate training or professional certification coaching (CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, etc.).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and online training delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
