Job responsibilities
The Marketing trainee will join the regional Marketing department based in Dubai and will report to the Marketing Executive in the Dior Travel Retail team. The Marketing trainee will work closely with the Regional Team and various internal departments. He/She will support the implementation of the marketing strategy across all markets.
YOUR MISSION ____________
The Marketing Executive Will Be Focused On
1 - 360 Degrees Strategies for each Launch

Support the creation of weekly performance reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights on campaign effectiveness

Manage In & Out updates, ensuring timely and accurate communication of marketing activities

Support the marketing plans on Animations / Trade to ensure a cohesive brand message
2- Regional Animations
-
Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to develop a Regional Animation Plan that aligns with the global Marketing strategy and focuses on Key Customer Periods (KCP)

Support the implementation of Regional activity with retailers and countries
3- Digital
-
Update and maintain the existing brand e-corner, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines
4- Competition analysis

Provide weekly updates on competitor activities, tracking their campaigns, product launches and marketing strategies
5- Ad hoc

Provide support for event organization

Prepare presentations for Top Management visits

Contribute to presentations during Regional Seminars & Commercial cycle meetings
Profile

University or business school degree
-
First experience in Marketing

Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders

English speaking is mandatory

Proficiency in Excel
