Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Human Resource Management to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate theoretical HR concepts into practical, real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions in Human Resource Management topics
  • Design and customize training materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments
  • Explain HR concepts using real-world examples, scenarios, and best practices
  • Conduct interactive sessions, discussions, and doubt-clearing workshops
  • Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations
  • Support students with exam preparation, projects, and practical guidance
  • Stay updated with latest HR trends, labor laws, and industry practices
  • Maintain training quality, timelines, and learner engagement standards
  • Provide feedback to academic and operations teams for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in HR training, teaching, or HR operations
  • Prior experience training students or corporate professionals preferred
  • Strong command over HR concepts and practical applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with virtual training tools (Zoom, LMS, MS Teams, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EdTech or Training Institutes
  • Certification in HR (SHRM, CIPD, CHRP – an advantage)
  • Ability to train diverse audiences (freshers to professionals)
  • Strong classroom management and engagement skills
  • Content creation and curriculum development experience
